These terms govern your use of Sphere UK.
1. Sphere is a marketplace. We introduce clients to independent providers and sellers. Providers and sellers contract directly with you for their services and products.
2. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. Some services and classes carry their own minimum age.
3. You agree to give accurate information, treat other members respectfully and not misuse Sphere for spam, fraud or unlawful activity.
4. Payments are processed by Stripe. By booking, you also agree to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy. Sphere charges providers commission and may charge a booking fee, disclosed before you pay.
5. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, present a safety risk, or repeatedly abuse cancellations, refunds, reviews or referrals.
6. Sphere is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent providers or sellers, but we will help resolve disputes through our disputes process.
7. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
