Provider Terms

Version 3.1 · updated 28 September 2026

The agreement between Sphere and independent providers, including insurance, cancellation, no-show and payout obligations.

As a Sphere provider you agree that: - You are self-employed and responsible for your own insurance, qualifications, licensing, hygiene standards and tax. - You will provide proof of your insurance, qualifications and any required licensing to Sphere on request, and Sphere may suspend your listing until satisfactory proof is provided. - Information on your profile, including qualifications and pricing, must be accurate and kept up to date. - You will honour bookings you accept and keep your availability current. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must give the client at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible. - If you cancel a confirmed booking with less than 48 hours' notice, fail to show, or fail to deliver a service, Sphere may charge a cancellation fee (up to the value of the booking) and deduct it from your payouts, or invoice you directly if payouts don't cover it. You'll be told the reason and booking reference, and can dispute it with support within 14 days. - Sphere deducts commission and any applicable fees from each transaction. Payouts are made to your connected Stripe account subject to Stripe's requirements. - Team plan: a Team Owner pays £39.99/month for 2 seats (owner + 1 member) and £5/month per extra seat; seat changes mid-month are prorated by Stripe. Team members receive Elite features and pay 0.5% commission on bookings and marketplace sales, capped at £15 per transaction. A provider who joins a Team has their individual subscription cancelled so they are not charged twice. - Team payouts: the Team Owner chooses whether payouts go to each member's own Stripe account or to the Owner's Stripe account. Where payouts go to the Owner, the Owner is responsible for paying their members and can see members' earnings. Each member keeps their own profile, services, calendar, bookings and reviews, and Founding Member status stays with the individual. - If a member is removed, they move to the Free plan. If the Owner cancels, all members move to the Free plan at the end of the billing period and are notified by email. - Client data provided through Sphere may only be used to deliver the booking and, where the client has consented, to send marketing. - You will not encourage or arrange for a Client you were introduced to through Sphere to book or pay for the same or related services outside the Platform. Doing so is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension or removal. - You are solely responsible for the services you provide, including their safety and quality. You will indemnify Sphere against any claim, cost, loss or liability arising from your acts, omissions, or breach of these terms. - You will not provide a treatment to anyone under 18 unless the treatment is permitted for that age and you have the necessary parental or guardian consent. - Any photos, descriptions or other content you upload may be displayed and used by Sphere to promote your listing and the Platform. You confirm you own or have the right to share this content. - You will respond to disputes and support requests within the timescales shown in the admin notice. - Sphere may suspend or remove listings that breach these terms, mislead clients or present a safety risk. - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
