Client Terms

Version 2.0 · updated 5 September 2026

Your agreement with Sphere when you book services as a client.

As a Sphere client: - Booking a slot creates a contract with the provider. You must arrive on time and disclose anything relevant to your treatment, including allergies, medication and pregnancy. - You are responsible for the cancellation terms shown at checkout, including any deposit or late-cancellation charge. - Repeated no-shows may restrict your account. - Mobile bookings require a safe, suitable space at the address you provide. - You will not arrange to book or pay a Provider you were introduced to through Sphere outside the Platform for the same or related services. - You must be 18 or over to create an account and book services, unless a treatment is booked on behalf of, and with the consent of, a parent or guardian who takes responsibility for compliance with any age restriction on that treatment. - Providers are independent professionals and are solely responsible for the services they deliver. Sphere is not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of any treatment. - Reviews must be honest, first-hand and free of abusive or identifying content about third parties. - Any reviews or other content you submit may be displayed and used by Sphere to operate and promote the Platform. - Sphere credit and rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and may expire as shown in your rewards balance. - These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
